A. No, but the registration rates are reduced for members.
Q. I will be unable to attend the entire meeting. Do I have to pay the full registration?
A. NANS offers one-day registration for the Annual Meeting at a discounted rate from the full meeting registration. Only 1 one-day registration is allowed per registrant. If you will be attending more than one day of the Annual Meeting, you will need to register for the full meeting.
Q. What are the early dates for registration and housing for NANS meeting 2026?
A. Registration and Housing will open in September 9, 2025.
Q. Does submitting an abstract register me for the Annual Meeting?
A. No. Meeting registration is a separate process that is required for all presenters, including accepted abstract presenters.
Q. What Are My Options When My Hotel Choice Is Unavailable?
A. Hotels rooms offered through discounted event rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. While conducting your search, the online system reflects up-to-the-minute availability and booking options.
